This is our own CrucialBMX team video. We got invited along for a private day session at the famous “The Nike Pool” in Essex. We had a brilliant day and i cannot thank Sam Nelson and the guys at Nike enough!
Such a shame to see this place gone already.
ALL NEW BLOG POSTS WILL APPEAR BELOW THIS!
Jason is a SICK skateboarder, and as far as i can tell 99.99% of this edit is filmed in Bristol. Definitely worth a watch
Could possibly well be! Whatever the case is fucking mental…
CrucialBMX Team rider and down right geeza Ty Watson likes to rhyme in his spare time, a few months ago he snapped his ankle and during his down-time wrote and composed this little number. There are loads of links within his words, anyone know Bristol will definitely pick up on it. Have a listen and represent!
Ty is now back on his bike and slowly recovering.
Great edit featuring the Fox team. Lima Eltham has a couple of clips so you know its well worth the 5 minutes of your life!
Verde Bikes rider Justin Burns hits the streets of NorCal
Filmed and Edited by Kevin Kiraly.
Once i leave work today i shall not be returning until Monday now, i’m heading across to Essex in London with our team to watch the Nike Pool Contest! I’m afraid that i have also stolen the head mechanic so please bare with repairs tomorrow in the store.
The Nike event should be pretty spectacular, they have drained out a massive indoor swimming pool and created some crazy ass skatepark its place (using the actual pool). 6 teams will then battle it out for first place and to take home the cash prize of £25,000! I will let Nike to the rest of the explaining:

From Nike:
Nike presents The Pool – a project that transforms an ex-local authority swimming pool in Dagenham, East London, into a world class BMX park. We’ve drained over 1.5m litres of water and set to work on creating something very special, but riders of all abilities need to be quick as this fantastic building is set for demolition. The Pool will be free to ride, take lessons or just watch the action with local school sessions starting 16th May. The 4-week programme of core events, community interaction and beginner workshops run through to Sunday 12th June with bikes, supervision, pads and helmets available for those who need them.
To launch The Pool we have invited 10 world class riders to choose 3 of their crew and show us what they’ve got for a share of a €25,000 purse. With an incredible array of lines on offer, this invite only event will present a new competition format and demonstrate the unfeasibly high standards that BMX park and street riding have reached in 2011. The first shots of the completed park will be revealed in the final teaser edit on Wednesday 11th May, where we find out once and for all what happens at The Pool.
Team captains: Garrett Reynolds, Dennis Enarson, Harry Main, Jason Phelan, Alex Kennedy, Ruben Alcantara, Brian Kachinsky, Drew Bezanson, Van Homan and Sebastian Keep
CrucialBMX Team rider Zac O’Connor took a nasty slam earlier this week while filming for a new web-edit! He boosted the Volcano at his local park and got pushed to far out by the wind causing him to miss most the transition and slam into the floor face first. Get well soon bud, and drop in so i can replace your blood stained CrucialBMX Tee with a fresh one.
I also want to see you wearing that helmet!
EDIT: just found a video of it, however it’s on Facebook so i can’t embed it. Plus i think you need to be friends with the filmer, Click HERE if you want to try and see it.
A few of the lads sponsored by BL Industries along with some good shop friends went away last weekend for a little mini-roadtrip around the Devon/Cornwall area. Here is a little teaser they released for the up and coming web-edit. Fingers crossed they got some good clips!
Got a lot of time for Luke Peeters, dude is an absolute shredder and a genuine nice guy at heart. Filmed and edited by Will Evans.
Great edit from Dan Paley, starts off a little slow with him talking about his new Signature Stereo “Loaded” frame but then the bangers start flowing. Up-rail to opposite toothy!
The awesome Stereo frame that Dan is talking about will be available in CrucialBMX as soon as they drop, its called the Loaded and will be £269.99. Comes in Polished Raw or Black, 21.2/20.9 Top tube, 75 Degrees Head-Tube angle, Tapered Chain/Seat Stays, Ovalised Tubing, 8.5″ Stand over height, CNC Gun Logo and a 13.3″ Slammed rear end. The weight is decent at 4.6lb (2.1KG).

I couldn’t not post this video, i get so stoked when i see videos like this. Yeah i know that the filming and quality is rather poor, the editing leaves a lot to be desired but each one of these kids killed it. They’re far from professional but at the young age they are even getting an edit put together is tough enough (seeing as i struggle like mad dealing with riders well out there teens). I’m posting this because i know how stoked they will be to see it get here, it takes me back and i’m buzzing to be able to include the younger generation in what we do here at CrucialBMX.
Shout out to Cameron for putting it together and all the younger riders at my local park for shredding. Keep it up boys!
Don’t worry, your not the only one to have never heard of Angrrr Management before? Anyway, going by the video i would guess it’s probably a little local clothing company.
I probably wouldn’t of normally posted this as the editing and filming is rather poor but seeing as good friend of the shop Rick Seery asked so nicely i will. It features him and a couple of others doing there thing around the southwest.
Super chilled summer edit from the end of 2010, filmed and edited by Will Olpin. Featuring Jordan “Desmond” Mack, Steve Younger, Zac o’conner, Lee Enever, Luke Morgan, Scott Summerhayes, Joe Hellin and Jewsep. Definitely one to watch even if it is all filmed in the same skatepark as the last video i put up….
