As you know we shut early yesterday for a Crucial day out Go-Karting. We had an absolute blast down in Avonmouth with a Gran Prix style race, we had a 10 minute qualifier and then 20 minute race. The qualifier left me in 3rd place, Gary 2nd and saturday boy Charlie 1st on the starting grid. The actual race was insane, as the temperature dropped the track got a dew all over it which meant losing it in a corner was inevitable. If this happened you would of definitely been out the top running! Myself and gary ended up battling kart to kart the whole race, just imagine wacky races or something...anyway, the results: First place was Gary, taking home £60. Fastest lap of 0:37.720 and averaging 0:42.643. Second place was Me, taking £40. Fastest lap of 0:38.110 and averaging 0:42.645 Third place was Nick Emes, taking £20.
