Yesterday i made arrangement with our team rider Lee Enever to spent the afternoon finishing off a few clips and getting his banger clip so we can get his edit done and dusted to drop on WEDNESDAY the 14th of this month. Unfortunately we had a little bad luck and Lee suffered a bad crash.
The setup was a 3ft wall-hop with a 4ft gap to around a 8-9ft drop outside of a extremely famous church in Bristol. Lee had been eyeing it up for a while and was extremely confident he could do it with ease, just worrying a little about blowing out on the drop landing. Lee had a little bad timing and clipped his back wheel while jumping the wall, this sent him into a nose dive and he fell pretty far to his head.
I did get a clip of the crash, which is below if you would like to view it. Lee wants people to see the clip to create some hype for his coming edit, however it isn't the easiest to watch...
Lee took a trip to the hospital and he's got a broken collar bone, some glue on his head and an incredibly bruised heel. This marks the end of our filming, i take my hat off to lee for even attempting the gap.
Get well dude, and i really hope this doesn't knock your confidence once your back on the bike as it was just one of those silly mishaps.
