I hope you all saw me grace the page with this whip-out seat grab in last months Ride/Albion BMX Magazine? If not shame on you....
Not a whole lot to report on this advert as it was a real rushed and against the clock situation. If my memory serves me right we had some real bad weather for a couple of weeks and i was left with a due advert date but nothing to actually submit because we had used all my available photographs. We have never really been one for repeatedly rerunning adverts, for how much they cost i think the reader deserves something new and fresh to look at otherwise they will flick past your page so quickly without acknowledging a single thing, massive waste of money. It was crunch time for sure.
The seat grab isn't something i do that often, as most you know and as you can see in the photograph i run 4 pegs and a pretty typical street setup. Usually i'm found smithing ledges and shooting the B's however we all know how rubbish a grind looks unless it something truly amazing (like some crazy high ledge or super big rail, stuff that we didn't have available to shoot) so we decided it was probably a good idea to visit the local skatepark and just see what came about.
I could of done a tail whip, bar, 360, turndown whatever but i felt like the good o'seat grab was something that's pretty rare and different. Its becoming more and more rare that i'm in our adverts especially with our amazing team so fingers crossed you all liked this and enjoyed seeing the shop owner still pushing it....
