Thank you to the massive collection of people that is 'we'; Anyone that signed a petition, came to the demonstration or helped organise the fight against George Furguson over our awesome Hengrove Play/Skate Park. Moaning does get you somewhere because in this case the people of Bristol WON. I'll leave you with the official update from Hengrove: "We did it. The Mayor has agreed to reverse his proposal to cut the staff at Hengrove Play Park following our campaign. Over 11,000 people signed up to the Facebook page, 3500 people signed the petition and over 100 statements were presented to the Mayor on Thursday night. We would like to thank you for your support.
