Cheer for coming back to check out another Crucial Custom Bike, i think this is our second installment! Today i have a sweet Federal Lacey custom with an owner that came over 200 miles by train to pick out exactly what he wanted.
Oliver Tandy amazingly traveled using public transport for 6 hours with 4 changes to get from Huddersfield in Yorkshire to us down here in Bristol. I couldn't believe what i was hearing when i spoke to Oliver and his friend while they waited for our work-shop to put together his bike, their incredible journey started at around 6am and they knew that once the bike was purchased then it was the same all the way back later on.
Because of this mammoth trip Oliver wanted to hand pick the perfect combination of parts to exactly his specification, incredible detail and thought was put into just about every decision. While its translucent Red, Black and Camo theme looks awesome its the parts that you don't see that matter. Take for example the alloy/plastic peg setup with a full set of 4 hub-guards, often over-looked by most but increase a hubs life dramatically.
