CrucialBMX rider Dan Shepherd got home from a session at Rampworld in Cardiff to find something not quite right with his foot....
Amazingly he worked a full day labouring with a toe like that, the helpful people at the hospital then popped it right back in. A few days off the bike and he should be as good as new
