From Saturday 1st December 2018 to Sunday the 23th December 2018, purchases from Crucial BMX can be returned up to and inclusive of Sunday 6th January 2019 for an exchange or store credit.
All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Crucial BMX before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer. To enable us to process your return efficiently please enclose a note with your returned items detailing your name, address and order number and telling us what you would like us to do either exchange or a credit note.
The customer must pay the postage costs to return the item and we will reciprocate by sending the exchanged item to you free of charge on receipt of the goods. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.
