Firstly, we very much hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
In line with Government Guidelines, and for the safety of our staff and customers, we are changing the way that Crucial BMX operates for now:
- From Wednesday 25th March our retail store in Bristol will be closed to all members of the public.
- We are operating online as normal; we're offering next day DPD and standard Royal Mail postage options. We are currently running an online Sale with some great deals.
- Local customers can also purchase online using 'Click and Collect' which is available on the checkout and then arrange a suitable time-slot to collect by calling or emailing.
- If customers would like to view specific products this can be arranged by prior appointment only.
We're still happy to deal with all BMX inquiries, the phones may be a little sporadic but we are checking all emails and social media regularly.
Crucial is working hard to support our customers and in return, we thank you for your patience and custom during these difficult times.
